I empower people with skills to find freedom from anxiety and enjoy more flow in everyday life.

Embodied Mindfulness coaching may resonate with you if:

    • You feel anxious about change or challenge and get stuck problem-solving in your head
    • You feel best when moving and often don’t give yourself permission to slow down
    • You tend to work hard to please others and deprioritize your self-care
    • You’re living with a stressful health condition or are experiencing a life transition, including brain injury recovery
    • You see a mental health professional who recommends you practice mindfulness or meditation
    • You’re a dancer, yogi, or meditator who wants to carry your practice off the floor/mat/cushion and into daily life!

Each 1-hour session adapts to your needs and can include a review of recent wins and challenges, exploration of new techniques and strategies, guided practice, and interactive coaching.

Most clients prefer to meet weekly for accountability, but you have the option to schedule every other week or monthly.

I work with clients all over the world, and we meet online via videoconference or at my studio in Austin, TX, in the US.

Let’s connect and explore how coaching can support you!

    MEET

    Campbell

I lived with undiagnosed anxiety for years.

Combined with my drive to be perfect and ensure everyone liked me, I shouldn’t have been surprised when I started to have panic attacks.

Dance, yoga, and working out were no longer enough for me to burn off my stress!

Mindfulness became my new foundation. I learned how to rewire my relationship with anxiety, and I experienced a freedom I never knew was possible.

I found resilience through many transitions – career change, divorce, losing my father.

And then life delivered another big wake-up call.

I sustained a concussion from a hiking accident, and the movement of my life came to a screeching halt.

How I found my balance, flow, and freedom

My identity as a dancer was called into question because I couldn’t balance on one foot or spin without getting dizzy.

I made math mistakes and mixed up words, and the perfectionist in me was not laughing.

Recovery was frustratingly slow and unpredictable, and I desperately wanted to return to the rhythm and flow of my active life.

I promised myself that if I could survive that recovery that I would share the lessons I learned and support others through their own journeys.

So I doubled down on my mindfulness practices, strengthened my skills, dedicated myself to self-care, and discovered an entirely new me.

My new normal feels like an upgrade to my operating system (to my techie side) and moving in a flow state (to my dancer side).

Now I savor simplicity, let my guard down more, trust others and ask for help, show up more fully in my relationships, ask hard questions without needing to know the answers, and delight in ordinary moments, and enjoy letting go of control!

My mission is to help you dance with your life, rather than against it!

As an Embodied Mindfulness coach, I emphasize the connection between your body, mind, behavioral conditioning, and stress patterns.

I collaborate with each client to design practices personalized to you so that you can gracefully embrace challenges and dynamically engage with everyday experiences.

My approach is inspired by trainings in Unified Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Breathing, Self-Massage, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Body Awareness, Dance, and Behavior Change.

I am passionate about lifelong learning and have enjoyed facilitating and teaching others at each stage of my career. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and taught dance for 20 years before shifting my focus to Embodied Mindfulness coaching.
